Clarence Allen Parr was born May 13, 1964, in Early County, the son of Clarence & Shelby Jean Lanton Parr. Allen lived in Southwest Georgia his entire life and was a member of White Plains Free Will Baptist Church. Allen was a good ol' boy who loved football, Ford trucks, and farming. He spent his days in a cab of some sort ranging from tractors to semi-trucks. If the "Tide" was playing, Allen was cheering and maybe talking a little smack.
Survivors include his children, Shelby (Sunni) Parr of Donalsonville, Mandy Deloach, and Jonathan Deloach; his grandchildren, Shelby James Parr, Brianna Deloach, and Matthew Tillman; his siblings, Ronnie Parr of Blakely and Sharon (Nathan) Keeter of Colquitt; his niece & nephew, Raygan Parr and Ryan Keeter; a special friend, Kim Parr; and a host of extended family. Allen was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Nathan Tillman.
