Donna Maria Baggett

Donna Maria Baggett, 70, of Bainbridge, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ron Kirkland officiating. Interment will be at Providence Community Cemetery.

Donna Maria Baggett was born June 17, 1954, in Bolivar, OH, the daughter of Herbert & Rachel Tomberlin Baggett. She moved to Bainbridge in 1975 and worked at Amoco Fabrics until her retirement. Donna was a member of Climax Baptist Church.

Family adventures topped Donna's list. The smiles on the faces of her grandchildren made all seem right with the world. She especially loved cooking and baking with them, knowing those memories would last forever. When the holidays rolled around, you could count on a kid or two assisting with making the dressing, a family favorite. Donna always enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, and working in her flower garden.

Survivors include her children, Michael E. Dodson (Sarah) and Delaina East (Brent) all of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Jr., Peyton, Kodi, and Mason; her siblings, Steve Baggett, Charles Baggett, Paul Baggett, and Mary Bragg; and a host of extended family. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her siblings, William Arnold Baggett and Dorothy Sue Scott.
