Mr. William Henry Hunt, 81, of Bainbridge, Georgia, passed away November 17, 2025, at Archbold Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia after an extended illness.

Henry was born in Chambers County Alabama to D.W. Hunt and Artie Haynes Hunt. He attended Camp Hill high school. Henry joined the IBEW Montgomery local in 1969. He was a skilled electrician and worked all over the southeast at many nuclear power plants. He retired in 2014.

Henry attended Christian Faith Church in Bainbridge Georgia. He was also a jack of many trades and could fix anything. He also made the absolute best smoked chicken in his homemade grill and was a skilled fisherman. Henry was a friend to all who met him and a helping hand to all who needed it.  He was a special man, wise and gifted in many ways. He also loved his immediate and extended family greatly. In his spare time, he loved to sing karaoke and entertain others.

Henry is survived by his wife of 5 years, Georgia Hunt; his two sons, William (Karen) Hunt and Kenneth (Jackie) Hunt; his two daughters, Diana Dillard and Brenda (Danny) Enfinger; and his stepsons, Craig (Matilda) Conway and Lee (Michelle) Conway. He had 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, brother, son-in-law and stepdaughter.

Services for Henry will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, at Bryant Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Kirkland officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.bryantfuneralga.com.
