Marion Buddy Blanco was born July 17, 1943 in Mayo, FL, the son of Mariano & Dollie May Casteel Blanco. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked in construction as a flooring installer. Marion married Linda Ryan in 1963 and they made their home in Central Florida. He was Baptist by faith.

Family was the foundation for Marion. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and carrying on with those he loved. He was always good for a story and kept his dialysis medical staff in stitches with his antics. His jokester personality and understanding of what makes people tick left those in his presence feeling loved and appreciated.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Linda Ryan Blanco; his children Michelle Blanco Sutton and her husband, Robert, of Bainbridge, GA, and Tony Blanco and his wife, Patty, of Sorrento, FL; his grandchildren, Ashely, Amber, and Abigail; his great-grandchildren, Chloe, Chelsea, and A.J.; and his siblings, Reba & Bill Miller of Mount Dora, FL, and Avelina Crenshaw of Orlando, FL; and a host of extended family. In addition to his parents, Marion was preceded in death by his siblings, Betty Lou Dement and Ralph Blanco.
