Melanie Victoria Lanier, 42, of Bainbridge, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025.

The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chad Whiddon officiating. Melanie Victoria Hall was born March 23, 1983, in Bainbridge, GA, the daughter of Terry & Theresa Miller Hall. She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 2001. Melanie married Parker Lanier in 2019, and they made their home in Bainbridge. She was Baptist by faith.

Melanie had a heart for others. She seemed to always feel a nudge in her spirit for those in need and often stepped in to fill the gap. She was the queen of Facebook Market Place shopping, rarely passing up a good find whether she needed the item or not.

Visiting Costa Rica held fond memories of sunny days and gentle breezes. She learned how to disconnect from the stress of the world which probably explains losing her phone ALL. THE. TIME. Her Dachshund puppies were constant companions providing just enough bark to keep it real. Her bucket list included all the things with her boys, of whom she was extremely proud, and attending a Brandon Lake concert.

Survivors include her husband, Parker Lanier; her sons, Logan Roman and Caden Villeda; her stepson, Hunter Lanier; her father, Terry E. Hall; her siblings, Amanda Hall, Matthew Hall, and Bailey Hall; her nieces & nephew, Jenna, Hailey, Maleigha, Madison, and Matt; and a host of extended family. Melanie was preceded in death by her mother, Theresa Hall.
