Nazario Trejo

Nazario Trejo, 55, of Bainbridge, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2025.

The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Harry Mitchell officiating.

Nazario Trejo was born June 12, 1969, in Jalpan de Serra, Queretaro, Mexico in the community of Yerba Buena, the son of Bonifacio Trejo & Maria Martinez. He married Maria Isabel Corpus in 2013, and they made their home in Bainbridge. Nazario worked at John B. Sanfilippo & Son as a supervisor in the shelling plant.

Family was important to Nazario. He enjoyed when everyone was together even when they were just hanging out. The grandchildren knew their "Abuelo" was ready to spoil them at the drop of a hat. His family in Mexico was always at the forefront of his mind and visits were cherished memories.

Nazario was filled with joy and this overflowed to others. Evidence of this joy was his constant whistling, joking around, singing, and even a little dancing. Time off was spent doing yard work, fishing, shopping at the flea market, and playing with his pets. Nazario served as a role model of a good husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Maria Trejo; his children, Daniel Trejo, Jacobo Trejo, Kayla Trejo, José Rodriguez, Joel Rodriguez, and Perla Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Roman Trejo, Vincent Trejo, Donovan Trejo, and Finlee Rodriguez; his siblings, Toribio Trejo Martinez and his wife, Angela Trejo, Martina Trejo Martinez and her husband, Jose Bautista, Panfila Trejo Martinez and her husband, Gilberto Herrera; and numerous nieces & nephews.

Nazario Trejo, de 55 años y residente de Bainbridge, falleció el domingo 1 de junio de 2025.

El servicio conmemorativo se llevará a cabo a las 10:00 a. m. del sábado 7 de junio de 2025 en la capilla de la Funeraria Bryant, oficiado por Henry Mitchell.

Nazario Trejo nació el 12 de junio de 1969 en Jalpan de Serra, Querétaro, México, en la comunidad de Yerba Buena, hijo de Bonifacio Trejo y María Martínez. La familia era importante para Nazario. Disfrutaba cuando todos estaban juntos, incluso cuando solo pasaban el rato. Los nietos sabían que su "Abuelo" estaba listo para consentirlos en cualquier momento. Su familia en México siempre estaba presente en sus pensamientos y las visitas eran recuerdos preciados.

Nazario estaba lleno de alegría y esta se reflejaba en los demás. Prueba de ello eran sus constantes silbidos, bromas, cantos e incluso un poco de baile. Dedicaba su tiempo libre a las tareas del jardín, a pescar, a comprar en el mercadillo y a jugar con sus mascotas. Nazario fue un ejemplo a seguir de buen esposo, padre, abuelo y amigo.

Le sobreviven su esposa de 11 años, María Trejo; sus hijos, Daniel Trejo, Jacobo Trejo, Kayla Trejo, José Rodríguez, Joel Rodríguez y Perla Rodríguez; sus nietos, Román Trejo, Vincent Trejo, Donovan Trejo y Finlee Rodríguez; Sus hermanos, Toribio Trejo Martínez y su esposa, Ángela Trejo; Martina Trejo Martínez y su esposo, José Bautista; Pánfila Trejo Martínez y su esposo, Gilberto Herrera; y numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas.
