Paula A. Clements

Paula A. Clements, 72, of Faceville, passed away Monday, September 21, 2026.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Boyd and Rev. Jean Watson officiating. Interment will be at Oak City Cemetery. Don Searan, Brock Lewis, Jason Murray, Beau Hatcher, Paul Johns, and Kevin Rojas will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Paula Anne Monger was born May 20, 1954, in New Castle, IN, the daughter of Paul & Janet Butler Monger. She graduated high school with the Class of 1972 and earned some college credits after moving to Bainbridge. Paula was an active member of Recovery Methodist Church.

Faith and family were at the heart of Paula’s life. She spent many years teaching Sunday School and was always ready to lend a hand to those who needed her. Her nature was to nurture, and she served others with this gift as a caretaker to many. Paula loved the outdoors and farm life. She enjoyed watching wildlife, caring for farm animals, and working in the yard. Paula had a giving nature, always thinking of what she could do for someone or something beyond herself.

Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Jo Clements Lester; her siblings, Robert & Debby Monger and Brenda & Kevin Irvin; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Paula was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Carl “Bud” Clements; her son, Carl Gene Clements; and her siblings, Jama Brown and Ted Monger.
