Richard Wesley "Wes" Terrell

Richard Wesley "Wes" Terrell, 76, of the Bettstown Community, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023.

Richard Wesley Terrell was born January 16, 1947, in Rome, GA, the son of Durward & Lucille Wilson Terrell. Wes attended Faceville School and retired from the maintenance department at Shaw Industries. Outside of work, Wes would tinker on the farm diligently working to keep his old tractor running. He loved horses and enjoyed riding in the quiet of the day. He was a member of Franklin Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sister, Rebecca Meagher of the Bettstown Community; his nieces & nephews, Karyn & Shannon Spooner, Catherine Presnal, and Terry & Angela Presnal; his four great-nieces and one great-nephew; and a host of extended family. In addition to his parents, Wes was preceded in death by his brother, Hall Terrell.
